Latics will face a trip to Chesterfield in the Vertu Trophy Round of 32 on Tuesday 10 December, 7pm kick off.

After finishing second in Group C, Latics secured their place in the Round 32 draw for the newly renamed Vertu Trophy.

Shaun Maloney's men will make the trip to the SMH Group Stadium to lock horns with Paul Cook's Chesterfield, who have plenty of former Latics stars within their ranks.

The likes of Chey Dunkley, Tom Naylor, Ryan Colclough, Michael Jacobs, and Will Grigg will be in contention to face the Tics, five players who all lifted the League One title during their time at the Brick Community Stadium.
