Tickets for our Sky Bet League One clash with Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday 27 February (kick-off 7:45pm) are on sale to supporters who have attended a Wigan Athletic fixture since the switch to the temporary Ticketmaster Sport system last month.
Supporters who have attended a Latics fixture since the switch to the temporary Ticketmaster Sport system (vs Reading FC on Saturday 20 January 2024) will be able to purchase up to six tickets in all the usual channels.*
Those who have purchased tickets prior to the Reading fixture on 20 January, can purchase a ticket via the Ticket Office by providing proof of previous booking history (excluding fixtures against Bolton Wanderers).
Fans who cannot visit the Ticket Office in person can email ticketoffice@wiganathletic.com with their most recent booking history and a contact number and the ticket office staff will aim to respond to all emails before 5pm Monday.
Due to the temporary ticketing system in place and the disorder at the reverse fixture, unfortunately the Club are unable to put tickets on general sale in line with safety advice.
There will be no sales on the day of the game and all tickets must be purchased by 5pm on Monday 26 February.

We strongly advise purchasing online and selecting e-tickets for your phone where possible. e-Tickets can be displayed on your mobile phones to access the DW Stadium - it is not a necessity to print e-tickets.
*2023/24 Season Ticket Holders and supporters with previous booking history since the switch to the temporary Ticketmaster Sport system will be able to purchase up to six additional tickets for friends and family, though supporters should be aware that they will be responsible for the behaviour of the supporters for whom they purchase tickets. Sanctions for breaches of Ground Regulations by a non-season ticket holder who gains entry via tickets purchased by a Season Ticket holder, will not only be handed to the individual, but also the Season Ticket holder who has purchased the tickets.

Tickets are now available online through our temporary Ticketmaster Sport solution site here Event Information Screen - eTickets (eticketing.co.uk) and can also be purchased in person and over the phone directly from the DW Stadium Ticket Office over the phone on 01942 311111.
Please note all tickets for this fixture will be distributed as an E-Ticket by email with PDF attachment emails being sent out later this week. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours of the fixture, please contact the DW Stadium Ticket Office for assistance.
Supporters, including 2023/24 Season Ticket Holders who have yet to purchase additional tickets on the temporary Ticketmaster solution, attempting to register for a new account will be unable to access tickets for this fixture. Fans should alternatively contact the DW Stadium Ticket Office, who will be happy to provide assistance. Please be patient as the Ticket Office is extremely busy at this time.
Current Season Tickets will remain valid and those with a current card for 2023/24 will be able to continue to access the system as usual.
The Club will be covering the cost of any admin fees for this fixture in order to take this away as an extra charge from supporters.
Supporters are advised to purchase match tickets in advance to avoid any queues on a match day and to purchase online where they can as all supporter information must be registered at the point of purchase. Please have your E-Tickets downloaded in advance of arriving at the stadium to allow for smooth access into the ground to get you in time for kick-off.
