Tickets on sale to 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders and Future Fund Members from 10am on Friday 23 August for Latics’ trip to Bristol Rovers

Tickets for Latics’ Sky Bet League One trip to Bristol Rovers will be on sale to 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders and Future Fund Members from 10am on Friday 23 August.

Shaun Maloney's men will travel to the Memorial Stadium on Saturday 14 September (kick-off 3pm), aiming to record their first victory at Bristol since Scott Wootton's late heroics in 2020/21.

We have received an initial allocation of 900 seated and standing tickets, priced as follows:

Standing (Uncovered Away Terrace):

Adults: £20

Senior (65+): £15

Under 21s: £15

Under 14: £10

Seating (Away South Stand Seating):

Adults: £25

Senior (65+): £20

Under 21s: £20

Under 14: £10

Tickets, should they remain available, will go on general sale from 10am on Tuesday 27 August. U14s tickets must be purchased with a paying Adult.

Tickets will go off sale online at 3pm Thursday 12 September.

FAQs

Will my tickets arrive via post?

Yes, all tickets purchased online or via phone before 3pm on Wednesday 11 September will be posted to the address associated with the account used to purchase. Any tickets purchased after this date will need to be collected from the Brick Community Stadium Ticket Office.

I would like to purchase disabled/carer tickets, how do I do this?

If you require disabled/carer tickets, please contact the Ticket Office by calling 01942 311111 or by emailing ticketoffice@wiganathletic.com, and our team will assist you with your enquiry.

When will the tickets go off sale?

Tickets will go off sale for the trip to Bristol Rovers at 3pm on Thursday 12 September.

What are the Brick Community Stadium Ticket Office opening hours?

The Brick Community Stadium Ticket Office is open from 9am – 5pm (Monday-Friday) and until kick-off on matchdays. The Ticket Office is open from 11am – kick-off on weekend matchdays.

Will I be able to Pay on the Day for a ticket at Bristol?

Yes. Tickets will be available to purchase from the away ticket booth with card payment only at the Memorial Stadium.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR TICKETMASTER SPORT ACCOUNT

The Club's new Ticketmaster Sport System is now live and Season Ticket Holders who have not yet activated their Ticketmaster Sport Accounts should do so to ensure that their online account is set up appropriately and supporters can gain full access to their accounts online.

Season ticket Holders should have received an email with their Client Reference Number which is needed to activate their new ticketing account on the full system. Please check your junk folders to ensure you have not missed the email communication.

Please note: Accounts that were set up on the temporary system will not be carried over and supporters will need to register their new account on our full Ticketmaster system. 

If you are a current season ticket holder or a previous FansFund member, please follow the step-by-step guide sent on email as follows:

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE (ACTIVATION)

  1. On your email click the ‘ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT’ button or Click Here
  2. Enter your Client Reference Number provided & Surname linked to your Season Ticket/Previous Membership account. (If you are activating for friends and family please ensure you have their client reference number and surname to hand.)
  3. Select 'Find my Account'.
  4. Under 'Registration Information' create a password for your new ticketing account. (PLEASE NOTE: The same email address can be used more than once, however the passwords need to be different for each Account/Client Reference Number).
  5. Complete your 'Personal Information', 'Delivery Information', 'Contact Information' and 'Other Information'. Please make sure all account details are correct and up to date including full address details and contact details.
  6. Select 'Complete Registration'.
  7. You will then be directed back to the home page where your registered name and number will appear when you click on the Account Member icon in the top right hand corner of the ticket home page. You are now ready to explore the new ticketing system.
  8. You must also link any Family, Friends and Associates to your account. Please click here for a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

You will need to use your Client Reference Number and password in the future when signing in. This will allow you to log in and make additional purchases. 

Season ticket holders who have not received their Client Reference Number should contact the ticket office by calling the Ticket Office on 01942 311 111, or email ticketoffice@wiganathletic.com. Please do not send multiple emails, the Brick Community Stadium Ticket Office will respond to all queries as quickly as possible.

NON SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Those supporters who are not Season Ticket Holders or a previous Fans Fund Member will need to set up a new account in order to purchase tickets moving forward. 

Please note: Accounts that were set up on the temporary system will not be carried over and supporters will need to create a new account on our full Ticketmaster system. Please click here.  - No previous booking data will be carried across, so this will be required to be completed before any high-profile fixtures are on sale.

Supporters who were previous Fans Fund members should have also received an email to activate their Ticketmaster Sport Account. By doing so they will receive access to a number of benefits for the remainder of the 23/24 season. A further email with details of these benefits has been sent directly to these supporters. If you were a previous member and have not received these emails, please contact futurefund@wiganathletic.com.

Supporters are reminded to be patient as the ticket office is very busy working with both clubs and that staff are working as fast as possible to answer calls and emails.
