Charlie Wyke has won your vote as Wigan Athletic's Christophe Duchamp Player of the Month for August.

Wyke has started in all six of Latics' games in Sky Bet League One so far this season, scoring five goals as Shaun Maloney's men overturned their eight-point deduction and moved into positive points ahead of schedule.

The Latics frontman netted invaluable braces in the away victories at Derby County and Bolton Wanderers, as well as finding the target against his former side Carlisle United in the 1-1 draw at Brunton Park.

Matt Smith and Sam Tickle finished second and third respectively.
