Latics will face Stockport County at the DW Stadium in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Round of 32, with the tie set to take place the week commencing 4 December.

Shaun Maloney's men qualified for the next round of the competition following an unbeaten Group Stage campaign, with two penalty shootout victories over Fleetwood Town and Tranmere Rovers following Latics' 7-1 win over Leicester City U21s.
