Tickets for Latics’ Emirates FA Cup Second Round trip to York City will go on sale to 2023/24 Season Card Holders only from 10am on Friday 24 November 2023.
Shaun Maloney’s men travel to the LNER Community Stadium on Friday 1 December 2023 (kick-off 7:45pm), aiming to progress into the Third Round of the competition.
The Club only received the allocation of tickets this afternoon and has immediately put them on sale to supporters who travelled to Exeter City in the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup. Tickets will then be available to ALL Season Ticket Holders from 10am on Friday 24 November.
We have received an initial allocation of 1,500 tickets, priced as follows:
Adults: £15
Over 65s: £10
Students: £10
Under 18s: £5

Latics supporters who travelled to Exeter City in the Emirates FA Cup First Round can purchase their tickets now from our DW Stadium Ticket Office (over the phone and in-person only). Supporters must have pre-paid through Wigan Athletic for the previous FA Cup trip to St James Park, in order to qualify for the early purchase.
Tickets will then go on sale to Season Ticket Holders (one per season ticket) on Friday 24 November at 10am and then on unlimited general sale on Monday 27 November at 10am, subject to availability.
All tickets are physical tickets, there are no e-tickets for away fixtures.
Anyone requiring a wheelchair space or carers ticket must contact York City directly on 01904 950950 or email tickets@yorksmc.co.uk.
If purchasing online, Season Ticket Holders must buy their ticket using the email address that was used to purchase their 2023/24 Season Ticket.
Supporters purchasing tickets for friends/family who did not purchase a Season Ticket at the same time as - should call 01942 311111 or buy in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office to ensure tickets can be allocated together.
Supporters should note that queues are expected both via phone and in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office, and we are grateful in advance for your patience and continued support.
Tickets are reserved seating in the North Stand behind the goal and the West Stand down the side of the pitch. The North Stand must be sold out before we can begin selling the West Stand and there will be no swaps or alterations/refunds on this once a ticket has been purchased so please purchase together if you would like to sit together.
FAQs
I purchased two or more 2023/24 Season Tickets, but didn’t buy them in the same transaction. Why can’t I purchase two tickets on my online account?
Unfortunately, in this instance, supporters who did not purchase their 2023/24 Season Tickets in the same transaction cannot purchase more than one ticket for our trip to York City online.
Supporters in this category should call the DW Stadium Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or visit the DW Stadium Ticket Office in person to acquire their tickets.
Will tickets go on general sale?
Tickets will go to general sale from Monday 27 November at 10am.
Will my tickets arrive via post?
Yes, all tickets purchased online or via phone before 3pm on Friday 24 November will be posted to the address associated to the account used to purchase. The deadline for sales, reprint requests and any tickets notified to be collected from the stadium will be 3pm on Thursday 30 November.
Any collections and on the day sales will be available from the away booth outside the North Stand. Please note no further duplicate or ticket collection requests can be added after this time, if you have not received your tickets prior to this deadline please inform the ticket office as there will be no reprints done on the day.
