Football Manager to feature as back of shirt sponsor on Latics’ 2021/22 kits

We are delighted to confirm Sports Interactive as the latest headline partner to join forces with Wigan Athletic since the acquisition by Phoenix 2021 Limited.

The partnership will see the logo of Football Manager feature on the back of Latics’ 2021/22 home and away shirts, starting with Saturday’s Sky Bet League One ‘Football Manager Derby’ with AFC Wimbledon, who have been partners with SI since the Club’s inception in 2002

As a result of the link up, Latics supporters will be able to get their hands on Football Manager 2022 in Latics Store from the release date of Tuesday 9 November.

Supporters who purchase a copy of Football Manager 2022 from Latics Store will be entitled to have the logo added to their 2021/22 Wigan Athletic shirt free of charge.

Wigan Athletic chief executive Mal Brannigan said of the partnership:

Supporters who wish for the Football Manager logo to be applied to their 2021/22 replica shirts can purchase the logo to be applied for £5 in-store only from Saturday 30 October.
