- Loan Report | The weekend's action from Latics players out on loan.
- Winning start for Charlie Jolley at Curzon Ashton.
- Fifth clean sheet of the season for Owen Evans.
Charlie Jolley
Under 23 striker Charlie Jolley made it a winning start on loan in the National League North with Curzon Ashton, as the Nash won 1-0 against then leaders York City.
Jolley, who has scored four goals for Latics' Under 23s so far this season, including a hat-trick against Watford at Vicarage Road, joined Curzon Ashton earlier last week and immediately made a starting berth.
The victory saw the Nash lift out of the relegation zone into 19th place on 16 points, a full three points clear of the drop.
Owen Evans
Goalkeeper Owen Evans kept his fifth clean sheet of the season in what was his 20th appearance for Macclesfield Town, when he helped the Silkmen to a 0-0 draw against Mansfield Town.
Macclesfield now sit 15th in Sky Bet League Two on 21 points, seven points from the play-off places and eight points ahead of the relegation spot.
Will McGuffie and Ryan Galvin
Midfielder Will McGuffie featured for 82 minutes in Stafford Rangers' now 2-1 defeat against South Shields on Saturday, whilst full back Ryan Galvin, who joined the club on loan last week, wasn't involved in the match day squad.
James Aspinall
U23 goalkeeper James Aspinall saw his and City of Liverpool FC's match against Dunston postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. The Purps are due back in Northern Premier League North West Division action on Tuesday when they travel to Ossett United.
