After netting a hat-trick in a 6-0 victory against Curzon Ashton the weekend before, Development Squad striker Joe Piggott made it four goals in two matches when he got the ball rolling in Altrincham's 4-0 victory over Chester FC on Saturday.

Piggott's opener was added to by a Josh Hancock double and a late fourth from John Johnston, leaving the Robins fifth in the National League North table on 52 points, 12 behind league leaders Chorley and two ahead of Kidderminster with a game in hand.

Curzon Ashton got back on track with a 2-2 draw away at Bradford Park Avenue on Saturday, just a week after their heavy 6-0 defeat at the hands of Altrincham FC.
Development Squad winger Olly Crankshaw set up both goals from corner kicks, with the Nash pulling level for 1-1 and taking a 2-1 lead, only for the hosts to claw a point back.

Gillingham were moments away from securing a third 1-0 victory in their last four games, only for Tom Eaves' 83rd minute goal away at Fleetwood Town to be cancelled out by James Husband's 91st minute equaliser.
Leo Da Silva Lopes featured for the full 90 minutes for the Gills, who now sit 18th in Sky Bet League One on 40 points, three points clear of Bristol Rovers in the final relegation spot.
James Vaughan
Clearly carrying momentum from their 3-0 away win against Bury in the Checkatrade Trophy semi-final last Tuesday, Portsmouth romped to a 5-1 home victory against Bradford City on Saturday, with James Vaughan a 69th minute substitute for Kenny Jackett's side.
Pompey's impressive win has them fourth in League One on 65 points, five points behind second place Barnsley, 10 points behind leaders Luton Town and 10 points ahead of Peterborough United who sit seventh.
Callum Lang
Like Gillingham in League One, Oldham Athletic were moments away from securing a narrow victory on Saturday, only for Jose Baxter's opener to be cancelled out by Jon Guthrie's 91st minute equaliser for visitors Stevenage.
Callum Lang featured for the full 90 minutes at Boundary Park, with Paul Scholes' side now 13th in Sky Bet League Two on 47 points, seven points behind Forest Green Rovers in the final play-off place.

Development Squad goalkeeper Jordan Perrin featured in a 6-0 defeat for Runcorn Linnets away at Kidsgrove Athletic in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League West. The Linnets remain in a title battle with Atherton Collieries and Radcliffe Borough, but now sit third on 56 points, level with Radcliffe and four points behind Colls.
In the National League, Development Squad midfielder Luke Burgess was an unused substitute in Barrow AFC's 3-1 defeat away against Barnet, leaving the Bluebirds 12th in the National League on 46 points, 12 behind Eastleigh in the final play-off place.
